RECOMMENDED USE: Aspire interior is the perfect choice for dark colored commercial and household furniture, high end kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanities, doors, Table tops, Bar tops, music instruments, sports goods, and other interior wood surfaces that require a hard durable finish. Not recommend on light / pale colored wood.

Apply suitable putty wherever required to fill the undulation / dent to make the surface flat and apply BP-2400 1 K primer grey / BP-5000 2 K primer grey
Apply Bodyian base coat colour and provide flash off time of 10 – 15 mins
Apply suitable Bodyian clear coat as per suggested ratio
Do not store or transport the containers under direct sunlight or at elevated temperatures. Store the container in an upright position in order to avoid any leakage or damage

Sheenlac Paver coat-1 K WB ACRYLIC is a one pack water based self-cross linking acrylic coating for direct application over prepared concrete/cement floor and stone types. Mostly used at homes and car parks, the application scope is both interior & exterior. The product will deliver superior durability and aesthetic appearance.

PRIMINGFerrous Metal Surface: Apply 1-2 coats of J&N Superior Red Oxide Primer on the metal surface by thinning (If necessary). Allow drying for 8-10 hrs after each coat.
Non-Ferrous Metal Surface: Apply 1-2 coats of J&N Zinc Primer Yellow on the metal surface, by thinning it with J&N GP Thinner, if necessary. Let it dry for 5-6 hrs.
Wooden Surface: Apply first coat of Jensolin Pink/White Primer on the wooden surface by thinning with J&N GP thinner (if required). Let it dry for 8-10 hrs. Use suitable putty to fill minor cracks, dents or holes. After drying, use Emery Paper 180 to sand the surface. Apply another coat of J&N Pink/White Primer. Allow it to dry for 8-10 hrs.
Masonry Surface: Apply first coat of Jensolin Pink/White Primer on the surface by thinning with J&N GP thinner (if necessary). Let it dry for 8-10 hrs.
Apply two coats of Brolac Hi- Gloss Polyurethane Enamel, after thorough stirring and diluting (if required). Maintain an interval of 6-8 hrs between successive coats.

DURABllllY: It forms a tough yet flexible film which resists cracking even at curved edges. Further its special chemistry imparts it good heat, stain and chemical resistance properties.
SUPERIOR GLOSS RETENTION: Opulence Interior Forms a clear non yellowing coat on your wooden interiors which accentuates their beauty for a long duration.
RESISTANCE: Opulence has high gloss, stain and heat resistance when compared to conventional wood finishes.
FllM FLEXIBILITY: Opulence forms and extremely flexible film on the surface of wood which resists cracking even on the curved edges.

SURFACE PREPARATION: All wood surfaces must be clean, firm and dry. Remove any oil, grease, mortar droppings, etc.
NEW WOOD: Sand in the direction of the grain, to a smooth finish with 150 followed by 220 grit paper. Remove dust with a damp cloth.
PREVIOUSLY VARNISHED WOOD IN GOOD CONDITION: Sand to obtain a smooth surface using 150 grit emery paper. Remove all sanding dust using a vacuum or cloth dampened with mineral spirits.
PREVIOUSLY VARNISHED WOOD IN POOR CONDITION: Strip completely by deep. sanding or by using Sheen lac Paint Remover. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Deep sand to until there is no evidence of any residue. Remove dust with a damp cloth.
WOOD PREVIOUSLY COATED WITH WAX SEALER/OIL BASED WOODPRESERVATIVE: Mechanically sand until there is no evidence of residue. Remove dust with a damp cloth.
PREVIOUSLY PAINTED WOOD: Strip old paint by deep sanding or by using Sheenlac Paint Remover. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Sand bare wood to a smooth finish. Remove dust with a damp cloth.
DISCOLOURED OR WEATHERED WOOD: Remove discoloured or weathered layer by sanding with 100 grit paper and treat it with Sheenlac WB Impregnation clear. Dry it for 2 hrs and sand to remove the grain rise with #220 grit paper. Remove dust with a dry cloth followed by Wood stain colour, to prevent further discoloration and restore the natural colour.
FILLER: If required use Sheenlac NC or Oil based Wood filler. Remove the excess using 220 grit Emery paper and wipe with dry cloth.
STAIN THE WOOD: Adding stain to bare or stripped wood can both change the
color and highlight the gtain pattern of any interior wood but this is an optional.
Apply Sheenlac SB Wood stains directly on wood or can be mixed @10% max with
base coat sealer to produce stained finishes.
RECOMMENDED USE: Residential car park/ Interlock concrete block; Pedestrian walkways & Stairways; Patios & porches; Terrace and vertical walls*; Commercial car park area
The surface to be applied needs to be clean and free from dust, dirt, oil or greasy material, laitance, organic debris, etc. If any, it should be removed using wire brushing or power tool cleaning and clean the surface using fresh water and appropriate surface cleaners.
Algae or fungus needs to be cleaned using house hold bleach and wash with fresh water later. Any cracks or crevices present should be filled with suitable filling compounds before application. Any dampness issues need to be arrested appropriately before application.
After cleaning, sand the surface to remove any smoothness or glossy areas using wire brush or power tool sanding. Wash with fresh water to remove the dust, allow the surface to dry.
New concrete, masonry or plaster: The new concrete should have matured at least 30 days in ambient conditions for application of Sheenlac Paver coat -1 K WB ACRYLIC.
Coating over existing aged coating: In ideal scenario the aged existing coating should be removed before application of Sheenlac Paver coat-1 K WB ACRYLIC. If the situations where existing coating cannot be removed, the adhesion of the existing coating on to the substrate needs to be assessed properly and the loose flaky materials need to be removed using appropriate methods before applying Sheenlac Paver coat-1 K WB ACRYLIC. In the event where adhesion fail, the existing coating needs to be completely removed before applying Sheenlac Paver coat-1 K WB ACRYLIC.
Stir the paint thoroughly. Use potable water for thinning and don't over thin the paint more than the recommended levels.
Apply a self-priming coat of Sheenlac Paver coat -1 K WB ACRYLIC, by diluting with 30-50% water. Allow it to dry for minimum 5-6 hours (25 Deg C/ 50% RH)
Apply further coat of Sheenlac Paver coat -1 K WB ACRYLIC at 10- 20% dilution using standard brush, roller or spray.
One more optional coat may be applied depending on the hiding and colour requirements.
Note: This product is not intended to use for heavy motor vehicle traffic, water-logging, or immersion services and where acid/alkali spillages are likely. Care should be taken when
moving heavy motor vehicle, portable cranes etc. over the coated surface.
While application ensure that surface temperature and air temperature are not below 1 0 ° C or above 45 ° C
Should not over thin the paint above the recommended dilution levels
Stir the paint properly before use.
When exceeding over coating interval or exposed to sunlight for a long time, proper surface preparation should be necessary to ensure inter-coat adhesion

For the better performance of the floor coat ensure proper washing and cleaning of all algal and fungal growth, if any, at regular intervals of six months.
Ensure that the wheels of the vehicle doesn't have any sharp object or high abrasive material like sand or stone chips sticking which can damage coated floors.
Mop the floor regularly and avoid the use of acids for cleaning purpose
Never water wash the coated floor when the floor
temperature exceeds 45°C
Refer the MSDS of the product which is available on request.
Keep out of reach of children. Use personal protective equipment's like goggles, face masks, gloves.
In case of contact with eyes or skin, immediately rinse or wash appropriately using plenty of water and seek medical advice if any sort of irritation persists.
Do not inhale the vapour or spray.
In case of ingestion seek immediate medical attention.
